Affirmations are positive thoughts you can say to yourself anytime of the day or night. Because our brains are more relaxed and receptive when first awakening or just before dropping off to sleep, many people use those times in particular to plant some positive money and abundance seeds into their minds.
As related in Money Games, “What you speak has a very high likelihood of showing up in your life. (Yes, you are to say them before they are actually true. The act of repeatedly saying them actually helps them come true.)
Do you typically say things like, “I never have enough money,” or “I hate paying these lousy bills”? If so, you’ll never get the financial rewards you really want.
Learn to say instead, “I always have plenty of money,” and “I love to pay my bills! When I do, I decrease my liabilities and increase my net worth.”
